From mastering cartwheels to conquering the bars, this syllabus is designed to build confidence, strength, and coordination step by step. Whether you're aiming to join our Aspire Classes or just looking to have some serious fun while learning awesome new moves, this is where it all begins!
These skills can also be covered in a Fundamentals Level 1-2-1 Class, where you get personalised coaching to perfect your 
technique at your own pace.
