BE THERE. BE READY.
Members are expected to attend every scheduled SQUAD Class unless absence is unavoidable, record absences through the Account or App as early as possible and arrive fully ready to train when the Class begins.
Being selected for an AAAsports SQUAD is an achievement. It brings higher-level training, greater commitment, competition, travel, teamwork and the opportunity to proudly represent AAAsports.

These are the two forms SQUAD families are most likely to need. Keep them close at hand. If a Member cannot attend an event or you need a change to the standard hotel or event arrangements, use the correct form below.
Use this form when a SQUAD Member cannot attend an announced competition, display or SQUAD event.
Recording an absence in the App or mentioning the absence in person does not replace the online form.
SUBMIT NON-ATTENDANCE →Use this form where you need a family room, additional guests, accessibility arrangements, travel seats or another amendment to the standard event arrangements.
If no request is submitted, AAAsports may proceed with the standard arrangements for the event.
REQUEST AN AMENDMENT →SQUAD is about much more than attending an additional Class.
It brings a higher level of training, new challenges, exciting events and the chance to be part of a team that works, develops and celebrates together.
Members build their skills, confidence, resilience and independence while representing AAAsports at competitions, displays, Training Days and other special events.
Success is not measured by medals alone. Some of the biggest achievements come from overcoming challenges, performing with confidence, supporting teammates and achieving something that once felt impossible.
Every SQUAD placement is carefully considered.
Age, skill, readiness, attendance, attitude, work ethic, safety, team balance, routine requirements and available spaces may all be taken into account when deciding where a Member is best placed.
The 2026/27 SQUAD season runs for one full competitive year.
The aim is to place each Member where they can train safely, progress confidently and contribute positively to the wider SQUAD.
AAAsports may make reasonable changes to groups, levels, roles, routines, training times, venues or competition plans where needed for safety, development, attendance or the needs of the team.
Each discipline has its own training and competition pathway, but every SQUAD shares the same expectations of commitment, teamwork, development and pride in representing AAAsports.
Higher-level gymnastics training, routine preparation and progressive competition opportunities appropriate to each Member's placement and development.
Technical development, competition preparation and pathways through appropriate regional, national and higher-level opportunities.
Competitive Cheerleading has its own dedicated home. Discover the teams, season and experience of being part of AAA Tigers.
DISCOVER AAA TIGERS →Selection is only the beginning.
Keeping a SQUAD place means continuing to show the attitude, commitment and readiness expected of a SQUAD Member.
Placements are reviewed throughout the season to make sure each Member remains suitable for their SQUAD, participates safely and positively and continues to contribute to the wider team.
Competition days are only one part of SQUAD. Consistent training, preparation, conditioning, focus and the way Members respond to challenge all shape development across the season.
Members are expected to attend every scheduled SQUAD Class unless absence is unavoidable, record absences through the Account or App as early as possible and arrive fully ready to train when the Class begins.
Where it is safe and consistent with medical advice, an injured Member may still attend and complete adapted conditioning, flexibility, observation, routine learning or other suitable work.
Phones and smart devices should remain stored during Classes unless staff give permission. Members are expected to stay focused on their Coaches, teammates and training.
Progress includes skill development, consistency, confidence, resilience, teamwork, leadership, independence and the ability to respond positively when things do not go to plan.
FOR EXISTING SQUAD MEMBERS
TURBO is not delivered during normal SQUAD Classes. During TURBO Week, SQUAD Members can book a free TURBO Camp to work through the TURBO Awards pathway and be assessed against the relevant skills.
Competitions, displays and SQUAD events are some of the most exciting parts of SQUAD life. They give Members the opportunity to represent AAAsports, perform under pressure, support their teammates and put their training into action.
The opportunities available to each Member depend on their discipline, pathway, level, readiness and the requirements of each individual event.
Opportunities vary according to discipline, pathway, level, qualification, readiness and event availability.
Once a competition or event is announced, the Parent / Guardian must submit the Event Non-Attendance Form within seven calendar days of the announcement, unless a different deadline is stated.
If the form is not submitted by the deadline, the Member will be treated as available and committed to the event. AAAsports may then enter the Member and make related travel, accommodation, ticket and Official Kit bookings on their behalf.
SUBMIT EVENT NON-ATTENDANCE →SQUAD kit is part of the identity, but the standard starts with being properly prepared to train.
Training and competition attire must be safe, correctly fitted and appropriate for the discipline. Long hair must be secured, jewellery and wearable devices must be managed in line with AAAsports requirements, and Members may be asked to wear full or partial competition kit on selected preparation dates.
Every Member receives one free 2026/27 season SQUAD or AAA Tigers T-shirt when their place is accepted.
Clean, correctly fitted and suitable for safe training. Crop tops are not permitted.
Discipline-specific official competition kit must be worn where required.
AAAsports tracksuit or the official AAA Tigers jacket is worn where directed for travel, arrival, departure, awards and team photographs.
SQUAD, team, travel, tour and supporter merchandise must be supplied through or expressly approved by AAAsports.
Official SQUAD, team, travel and supporter items should come through AAAsports. The quickest way to see what is currently available is through the AAAsports App.
Travelling and staying together can be some of the most memorable parts of SQUAD life. Group arrangements help Members feel part of the team and allow everyone to arrive organised, prepared and ready for the event.
Where overnight accommodation is required, it will normally be arranged through AAAsports. The Event Information will explain the arrangements and applicable deadline.
Use the Hotel / Event Arrangement Form where the standard arrangements do not meet your requirements.
Requests must be submitted through the online form by the deadline stated for the event. If no request is submitted, AAAsports may proceed with the standard arrangements. Late changes cannot be guaranteed.
REQUEST HOTEL / EVENT AMENDMENT →Good communication helps us deal with questions early and keeps the SQUAD season running smoothly. For routine questions, travel forms, account matters or anything you are unsure about, contact Member Services for an official answer.
