AN EVENT?

Use this form when a SQUAD Member cannot attend an announced competition, display or other SQUAD event.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE 7 CALENDAR DAYS

Submit this form within seven calendar days of the event being announced, unless a different deadline has been stated.

This form is for SQUAD events only.

Recording an absence in the AAAsports Account or App, or mentioning the absence to a Coach or member of staff, does not replace this form.

If the Member will also miss a normal SQUAD Class, that Class absence should still be recorded separately through the AAAsports Account or App.

USE THIS FORM FOR COMPETITIONS Displays, Training Days and other announced SQUAD events.
DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR ORDINARY CLASS ABSENCE Record normal Class absences through your AAAsports Account or App.
DEADLINE SUBMIT WITHIN 7 DAYS This form must normally be submitted within seven calendar days of the event being announced. If AAAsports states a different event-specific deadline, that deadline applies.

WHAT HAPPENS
NEXT?

01 SUBMISSION RECEIVED

Your form creates the official record that the Member cannot attend the event identified in the submission.

02 EVENT RECORDS UPDATED

AAAsports can use the submission when finalising entries, travel, accommodation, tickets and other event arrangements.

03 CLASS ABSENCE IS SEPARATE

If the Member is also missing a normal SQUAD Class, remember to record that absence through the Account or App.
