Certificate details
Print a certificate
Only the Member name changes between most certificates in a batch.
One certificate. No extra Award.
Use this when a certificate is returned with a spelling mistake or needs replacing. Only the matching certificate stock is used. Medals, stickers, ribbons and prepared Award sets are unchanged.
Enter the corrected name exactly as it should appear, including capitals. Use the original certificate date and Coach unless those details also need correcting. This does not add another Award to the totals.

Use the reference from the Award print log. An older certificate can still be replaced without a reference. Check the details against the certificate itself.

Member names are used for printing only. Relay stores a one-way identifier for the print record rather than retaining the Member name. Replacement certificates are recorded separately from new Awards.
