AAAsports Cancellation Policy Explained
Our classes are calculated so that our Members pay for 3 classes per calendar month, ie. 3 x £8 = £24 per month, and this is calculated across the whole year. If we are then able to run more classes through the year then we always do, meaning we generally run between 46 and 50 classes per year yet our members actually only pay for 36!
Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary for classes to be cancelled which are completely out of our control, such as special events, venue closures or coach illness, and this is why we have this built in to our pricing structure. However, even with the occasional cancellation, Members always receive their full membership value across the year.
If for any reason we operate less than 36 classes per year, credits will be automatically provided through your myAAA account.
