AAAsports are proud to deliver Trampoline and Gymnastics courses specially designed for teachers. All courses are official British Gymnastics accredited courses, giving teachers the reassurance of NGB certification to use in their school. Taught by fully qualified and experienced tutors, our team will help to guide you through gaining your qualification and how to incorporate this in to your future classes!

Course Options
Designed for teachers starting out in Trampoline, this course will enable teachers to deliver the basics needed for in a school environment. The 12 hour course is a fully accredited British Gymnastics course and will allow teachers to progress to the Part 2 course if they wish. All resources for this course are included in the course price, with courses delivered by a fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor.

- Safety and Code of Practice including unfolding/folding trampolines
- Warm up
- Basic kipping technique
- Body landings
- Shaped and twisting jumps
- Basic combinations
- Half twist to and from body ladings
- Swivel hips and roller
- Simple sequence construction
- British Gymnastics proficiency award scheme
- Mechanics

Building on the knowledge gained from the Part 1 course, this course will cover somersaulting skills and allow teachers to work up to and including the GCSE syllabus. The 12 hour course is fully accredited by British Gymnastics and includes a formal assessment at the end of the course. All resources for this course are included in the course price, with courses delivered by a fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor. Upon completion of the course, teachers are recommended to complete the Trampoline Refresher course every 3 years.

- Build up skills to front somersault including piked shape
- Build up work for back somersaults including piked and straight shapes
- Shaped body landings
- Aerial twisting
- Full twisting to and from body landings
- Cradle, cat twist and half turntable
- Mechanics
- Competitions, routine construction and tariffing of skills

Teachers who have completed the Teachers Trampoline Part 2 course are recommended to refresh their qualification every 3 years. This 6 hour course will recap the skills delivered on the Part 1 and Part 2 courses, as well as providing important updates for teachers in a school environment. The course is accredited by British Gymnastics and delivered by a fully qualified and experience British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor.

Designed for teachers looking to deliver gymnastics in a school environment with no background experience, this 10 hour course will provide teachers with the basic skills to deliver gymnastics in curriculum and after school clubs. Courses are accredited by British Gymnastics, taught by fully qualified and experience British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor and include all resource packs.

- Hand apparatus and paired/grouped activities
- Rolling
- Static balances
- Landings, jumps, leaps and flights

Aimed at teachers looking to deliver curriculum and after school gymnastics classes in a primary school environment, this course covers basic skills used in gymnastics at primary level, along with the relevant safety and supporting information to deliver an effective class. Includes the use of a variety of apparatus pieces. Each 12 hour course is delivered by a fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor, with all resources provided and fully accredited by British Gymnastics.

Each course is delivered by a fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Tutor and Assessor, with all courses accredited by British Gymnastics and resources supplied.
