We collect information in a number of ways, most notably if you choose to become a Member with us via our website using our myAAA portal. Please note - the myAAA portal is an online software package owned by a company based in the United States, iClassPro Inc. When you provide personal information via the myAAA portal you are providing it to iClassPro Inc, and you will need to read and agree to their policies including their Privacy Policy which can be found at the bottom of any myAAA webpage. iClassPro Inc will then process and/or store your personal information on our behalf and share it with us based on an agreement in place between AAAsports and iClassPro Inc.
We also collect information when you contact us via our Live Chat facility, emails or any website submission forms. As stated above, we also collect information when you visit or browse our website.

* Entering you in to competitions and special events - we will use the information you provide to ensure that you are entered in to the correct category of competition and that results from the competition can be correctly allocated to you. This is often done by transferring your data to a competition organiser, and your results are then displayed on their website and our website. Where this event includes travel, we will also collect information required for travel and provide this to appropriate providers such as hotels, airlines, bus companies, etc. We may require additional information, such as passport information, at this time.
* Filming for coaching purposes - we film our Members during classes, competitions and special events for coaching purposes, and can provide them for to you as records of your achievements.
* Responding to expressions of interest in become a volunteer, coach, judge or official - we will use your information to provide you with guidance on suitable courses and procedures for future training.
Consent
We rely on Consent to process any special category data provided to us and to take photographs and videos at events or training sessions for promotional purposes. These elements of consent are covered in our Terms & Conditions of Membership and we recommend you read these further when considering becoming a Member with us. Please note - when entering competitions and special events run by third-party organisations, photography and promotional consent is often provided when entering the event - we recommend you contact the third-party for any queries relating to their photography policy.
