AAAsports Sunderland will be throwing open it's doors again to Members from Thursday 3rd December!

Classes will restart at their normal times, following all social distancing measures and in line with our COVID-19 policy.

We can't wait to see our Members again soon!

Following guidance from British Gymnastics, we are happy to provide our Members with a handy flowchart to help them determine whether they are able to attend our Classes once we can return to physical activities!

AAAsports Members have the chance to win some great prizes simply by taking part in our fun, exciting Virtual Classes over the next few weeks!

In partnership with our friends at The Zone, we will be giving away a whole range of prizes during our Virtual Classes including leotards, shorts, bags and more!  To be in with a chance of winning some of these great prizes, simply log in to your Virtual Class and impress your Coaches!

We'll be looking for Members who work the hardest, engage the most and display the amazing attitude that AAAsports Members are known for!  Then keep an eye on our social media pages for the latest winners!  Good luck!

Hundreds of AAAsports Members have embraced the lockdown and continued their Classes with us virtually!  In just a few short days since lockdown began, hundreds of AAAsports Members have fired up their laptops and performed skills, improved their strength and developed their flexibility with our Virtual Classes!

Led by our qualified and fully insured Coaches, our Members have been taken through a syllabus specifically designed to challenge and entertain within the confines of home.  This has included elements from our own coaching programme and high performance programmes, meaning there really has been a challenge for everyone!  Images have been used from a fantastic content library that has been developed over the last few months to make sure everyone understands exactly what they need to do!

Virtual Classes have been offered at a reduced rate, meaning not only to Members know they're having a great time in our Classes, they also know that they're helping to support our reopening as soon as we're able to!  Members who wish to opt-out of these Virtual Classes should do so using the link sent to them by email.
