Don't forget that our Christmas Party is taking place at AAAsports Sunderland tonight, Sunday 17th December, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm - it's completely free for all of our Members, their friends and families!

Come celebrate the end of another fantastic year with us - we've got a disco, loads of great games and even some prizes to be won!  The 2016 event was loads of fun, and we think this year is going to be even better!

The AAAsports Christmas Party is being presented by Meekol - the specialists in home automation and electrical installation - and they're giving away a great AAAsports Gift Bag for one lucky AAAsports Member!  All you have to do is 'Like' their Facebook page here AND be present at our Party when the winner is announced!

From Friday 15th to Thursday 21st December, all AAAsports classes will be transformed in to our fun-filled Fancy Dress classes!  In each class, Members will take part in a whole host of games and activities on our equipment, all while dressed in Fancy Dress!  Our games are great fun, with prizes to be won and balloons to be burst!

We encourage our Members to be as creative as they like with their outfits, but please keep in mind a couple of safety rules we have to keep everyone safe:
* No belts/buckles/jewellery, or anything that could catch on our equipment
* Face coverings and props are welcome, but Members will need to remove these items to take part in our activities
* Face paint cannot be worn as it can damage our equipment!
* Members need to bring a pair of socks, as some of our games involve using the Trampolines!

In order to make our Fancy Dress classes as exciting as possible, we do sometimes combine selected classes to provide the best experience for our Members.  All Members affected by any class amendments have already been emailed, however we do ask that Member check our handy guide below!

AAAsports Members were in action across the UK this weekend, with the Trampoline & DMT Squads competing in London for the Trampoline League Finals while the Cheerleading Squads travelled to Manchester for the UKCA Winter Championships!

The culmination of months of hard work, the AAA Tigers performed a series of Cheer routines and Group Stunts in front of a packed crowd at the Manchester Velodrome in the UKCA Winter Championships, scoring their best ever results with 3 x 3rd place finishes and 3 x 1st place finishes!  An excellent result for all of the AAA Tigers, many of whom competed in multiple routines across the weekend!

Following a year of qualification events across the UK, the Trampoline & DMT Squads competed in the Trampoline League Finals in the Olympic Park in London!  There were some excellent results all round, with Bradley leaving with a bronze and silver placing, Dan scored two silver placings and Matthew won his event to leave with gold!

Congratulations to everyone who took part over the weekend and all of their Coaches!
