Our Adult Classes are taught by fully qualified and experienced AAAsports Coaches, who will guide each Member through safe, relevant progressions to help you achieve your next goal and learn skills you've never thought possible!  Our Adult Classes are fun, energetic and challenging, with a great supportive atmosphere from our Members and our Coaches.  They're also a great way to get fit and tone up whilst having so much fun you won't even know you're working out!

You're never too old to have a try - we have several Members over 60 years old who are still loving our activities!  We also have a wide range of Members in our classes, including complete beginners - no prior experience necessary!
