Brand New Class At AAAsports!!

AAAsports are now offering a brand new Bars and Beam Focused Class for you to enjoy!

Want extra time to practise before a competition? Love Bars but need more strength? Not quite mastered the Beam yet? We have the perfect class for you!! On a Thursday night, we will be running a Bars and Beam Focused Class at AAAsports Sunderland, 6:30pm - 8pm. This Class is perfect for those members who want to improve their skills, up their strength or perfect their form.

Bars and Beam are the most difficult to master pieces of apparatus so extra time could help you boost your difficulty ahead of your peers. 

Delivered by our Development Gymnastics Coach, this class is certain to be full of challenging activities to ensure progression!
