IMPORTANT - 2017/18 Season Update

1. We're Adjusting Our Pricing
AAAsports has been providing high quality classes in a wide variety of activities and at a number of locations across the region for the last 10 years and our success has helped us to become the largest club in the North of England.  We continually review our programmes to ensure that Members receive the best value classes at a competitive price.  We aim to control our costs and avoid price increases, as demonstrated by the fact that we have only amended our prices once in the last 10 years.  

Although we have only ever increased our class prices once, the costs associated with running our classes has increased dramatically and as a result, we will be introducing a small price increase for new Members on 1st September which will come in to effect for all existing Members from 1st October.  As our classes are paid in advance, this means the first new payment will be charged on 15th September 2017.  The new class prices are as follows:
* 1 class per week = £24 per calendar month
* 2 classes per week = £45 per calendar month
* 3 classes per week = £63 per calendar month
Members who attend more than one class per week will continue to benefit from discounted rates while our Pre-School class prices will remain unchanged.  Squad classes are charged on the pricing structure in the Squad Document.

We do appreciate that a price increase is never welcome news.  However, the results of our latest annual questionnaire show that the majority of our Members believed our classes are excellent value for money and the additional income generated will enable us to continue to offer the wide range of services that our Members are used to, including:
* High quality 90-minute classes
* Incredibly low Coach to Member ratio in our classes
* Greeter available at most classes to deal with parent queries
* myAAA system, enabling Members to manage their account details from home
* Discounted rates for Members who attend more than 1 class per week
* Extra free or subsidised opportunities, including the AAAsports Academy, Christmas Disco and AAAsports Championships
* Continuing to provide training opportunities to our Coaches to help them further improve the classes that we deliver
* More specialist classes, such as Advanced Recreation, Senior and Tumbling-Focused classes
Full details of your new class prices can be viewed on your myAAA account, and your new class price will automatically be billed on 15th September 2017.  If you have any questions or comments, please reply to this email and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. AAAsports 2017/18 Memberships
All current AAAsports memberships expire on 30th September 2017, regardless of the date of purchase.  Members who do not have a valid 2017/18 Membership will not be able to take part in any AAAsports classes from 1st October 2017.  The 2017/18 AAAsports Membership will be automatically added to your myAAA account for payment on 15th September 2017 and this will last until 30th September 2018.  Remember, all 2017/18 Memberships are valid for ALL DISCIPLINES and existing Members will receive a 10% discount on all Membership fees!

Membership prices for 2017/18 have remained unchanged from 2016/17.  These are as follows:

• Recreation Members - £36.00 (existing Members - £32.40)
• Pre-School Members - £30.00 (existing Members - £27.00)
• Squad Members - £65.00 (existing Members £59.50)

 
These fees will be automatically charged to your payment card on 15th September 2017, along with all class fees for October 2017.
 
If you do not wish to continue with our classes after 1st October 2017, Members must submit Drop Request through their myAAA account before 31st August 2017 to cancel charges due on 15th September 2017.
 
 
3. Update to our Terms & Conditions - ACTION REQUIRED
Due to new Data Protection rules coming in to force in May 2018, we have been required to update our Terms & Conditions within your myAAA account.  These will come in to force immediately - please log in to your account to view and accept these Terms & Conditions.
 
These new requirements have changed the way we can transfer your information to our governing body, British Gymnastics.  We are already working with British Gymnastics to allow us to directly import your data in to their system, however this process may not be ready for the 2017/18 season and Members may be required to provide their personal details directly to British Gymnastics for this season.  More information will be sent to all Members as soon as it becomes available.
