Safeguarding is the actions taken by an individual or organisation to promote the welfare of children and to protect them from harm. AAAsports prides itself on upholding the highest standards of safeguarding across all of our Classes and activities, with every AAAsports Coach undertaking Safeguarding training on a regular basis. AAAsports has two fully trained Welfare Officers, who oversee the implementation of our policies and procedures, along with a qualified Safeguarding Tutor, and our Coaches are always ready to listen to and report any concerns that they may have or are reported to them. And it's the small things that really make a difference. Ever wonder why we don't allow photography in our classes, why we don't accept Friend requests on Facebook or why we require Members to be collected from within our centres? This is to ensure the safety of all of our Members at all times and provide a safe space for them to enjoy their activities with us. We would expect anyone looking after our children to adhere to the highest standards around, so we expect the same for the classes we provide for our Members too! We are proud to adhere to the best practice guidelines provided by both British Gymnastics and the NSPCC, with copies of our policies stored in your myAAA account for everyone to read! If you have a concern or would like any further information on our Safeguarding policies, please contact us on 03335 776787! |
